I think the oppies could be considered the "icing on the cake". Three years to expiry date seems very generous to me and I would expect IXR will be a year into production by then and generating good profits and cash flows.
I wish I had a "spare" $30,000 to go all out on this capital raising. In a very recent announcement I got the strong impression that IXR is in process of submitting a business case to the UK Government for funding of the new plant of GBP109 M.
If you consider that investment of GBP100M would underpin the future of the UK electric car industry there is a strong probability of that loan being forthcoming IMHO
