So you cannot sell them on the ASX.
The Prior Placement totaling $5.5m had attaching Options 3:4 expiring 4yrs with exercise price of 2c. That was the one where Chairman participated. So he likes them at an exercise price of 2c!
You could possibly sell them Off-market, but too hard.
So the only practical way to sell them would be to exercise them at 1.1c, then sell those new shares on market.
The long dated Options would be attractive, but you need to be comfortable with the risks - ie will the SP get to a level above the exercise price, or will IXR still be around in Dec 2027??
It all depends on your view.
