I wonder who the other "Sophisticated" Investors are ? and do their shares need to be approved at the AGM as well ?
Also where Brett's10M share 'sign up' bonus are coming from ? are they going to be issued or purchased on market ?
So many questions about this whole deal, from a Company that usually suffers with verbal diarrhea it is most unusual !
