I have been wondering how the company would acquire a larger portion of the project. I think this is a simple yet clever way to bring Rwenzori,'s shareholding of the project under IXR ownership. I think it is a victory for common sense and should allow IXR to advance all of its negotiations with potential funders and future customers.
Great to see this nagging issue resolved. Path to production and prosperity now looking more certain. Thumbs up!!!
