It's not worded the best I agree but I don't think they contradict I think the highlight is meant to read that they are beginning with mineral processing activities the completion of which will be 24 hour operation.
while not worded the best I think it slipped through the proof read because when they shortened it to summarise as a dot point it become readable both ways
