I am furious with this pathetic and poorly timed raise, where 10% of this raise was given preference to a director over SH's, they have to perform before they get given any preference imo... WTF!!!!

When I rang my brokers re this CR yesterday they said it's all done and this was 30 mins after RNS, so they pre allocated placements to mates imo, which stinks and giving 10% to a director is disgraceful... How many free shares did we give him when we employed him???? SP is where again???? WTF!!!!

Seriously a once SH focused company, has left the building imo since all these new directors joined and it's clear to me that they have all the inside knowledge about IXR and now benefiting over SH's with free and now cheap shares is a disgrace...

I am no longer impressed with IXR and will be voting against this board when we next vote.... IXR have lost my support since they have become more focused on rewarding themselves over SH's and imo joined the numerous other poorly performing director lifestyle companies on the ASX.... What a disgrace IXR has become as the board/management are well and truly enjoying the remunerative corporate wagyu lifestyle, whilst the SH's are fed the fat scraps, bones or in our case nothing at all imo... Not impressed Tim!!!!!
