The worst part of this most people are missing is the attaching options 3 for every 4 exercisable at 2c by 2028….
Given the value of those options the raise price is closer to 1c than 1.3c.
Absolute dog of a raise and nothing is gonna change unless REE prices start following copper and gold.
This feels more like a keep the lights on and wages paid raise rather than a progress the project raise.
