Hi mate agree with most, as we know how the 249D process works and we have lived this B$ all those years ago. Too old for the trenches again mate... BUT this chairman imo had no right to take such a large 10% placement over SH's imo...

In fact, this was pre organised only to a select few and after talking to brokers who managed this, no one could really participate 10 MIN WINDOW... I and my family have been substantial holders over the years and earnt our right like many SH's have to be able to participate like every SH... No need for this placement and should have been a CR for every holder, but the B$ options and the over-the-top long time frame stinks and reeks beyond what I have ever seen over 25 yrs as a SI, 708 investor... This guy rocks up gets a handsome salary, free shares and this B$... Seriously this reek of insider conflict to me, imo...

THIS HAS TO BE IMMEDIATELY TAKEN AND REVERSED FROM HIM IMMEDIATELY IMO... ALL SH's HAVE TO VOTE AGAINST THIS PLACEMENT IMO...

I urge every single holder to vote down this placement and our chair should be focused on getting this company from all-time lows back up over 5c and that's when IXR stuffed the SS and SP crashed... These reeks of nepotism big time IMO and is conflicted, this new chair needs to buy on market full stop, unlike some of our board who buy bugger all... SH's has to be the focus NOT him imo....
