Why do people put so much importance on Directors and Chairmans buying shares in a placement or any other time in companies like these. Its a slight of hand old trick. Consider the massive salaries they are on. Its just a good faith gesture to get dumb shareholders to keep putting their hands in their pockets to keep the company afloat. If it goes belly up,they dont care theyve made their fortunes over the years through big salaries. IMO
