Could be "China", they might be able to get the project into production quickly because they tend to ignore things like JORC, EIS and ESG and human rights; but the EU,UK and USA are already talking about imposing "Tarrifs" on RE's that don't have ESG credentials.
Can't see many Insto's signing up in the future, and it may have troubles with the FIRB.
