Bottom line comes down to what is in the ground and who owns it.
IXR is obviously very unique and to have the Largest Rare earth miner basically in our Back pocket is Massive.
Chinalco had 12 months to determine what we have in the ground, they liked what they they saw.
ask your self the question.
Why would a MULTI BILLION dollar company waste their time with a MOU with a 160 Mill Cap Company if they were not completely impressed with what is in the ground.
