IXR can only proceed with the involvement of China's rare earth ionic clay processing specialists, and capital. Putting aside the fact that almost all the world's heavy REEs are processed in China for use in rare earth permanent magnets, 90% of which are manufactured in China.
From an IXR holder's point of view, this development is super. Not so great if non-Chinese rare earth supply diversification floats your boat.
