Given the RC fall out I would expect a raft of future performance warranties required by ANZ before it could agree to continue with sale. If the warranties are too onerousIOOF may cancel the deal.
There is no way ANZ can countenance any risk now and/or into the future with respect to how IOOF performs and treats these new customers.
