With Kelaher at helm, the SP has been under performed for quite a few years. In order to have the ANZ deal move forward, It is highly likely that the removal of the old leadership is required. It is not surprised it could even be requested by ANZ. Given the current leadership seems holding the ship steady, this move is in the best interest of the company and the holders. it feels like the ANZ deal will eventuate.
