Whilst Kelaher has been a good integrator of acquisitions, at the end of the day his leadership placed the entire business at risk and resulted in a massive destruction of shareholder value. I think the BOD has come to the correct decision. Why Vernados has not resigned or been asked to leave remains a mystery to me.
