Leaving aside major exisiting shareholder dilution, one benefit of issuing ~$1bn of stock is that we now have a chance to make it into the ASX100 for the first time!
IFL market cap is now about $2.5bn and potentially already within the 100, so with index fund buying we should see some further share price support or at least further absoprtion of the overhang.
