Kind of nonsensical to post figures of “costs could reach 50 million “ without outlining what the returning savings / synergies would be , as it implies the cost is a pure loss / negative , when it’s aim would be to give a much higher saving than what was spent - thus earning $ for the action , = it’s just newspaper drivel . imho.
