An annual dividend of $0.26 on a price of $4.56 would provide a yield of about 5.7% prior to any advantage that may be derived from the franking component.
Remembering that I have no insight into the dividend plans of IOOF. I only mentioned a possible dividend value because I was responding to a question about what ought to be a reasonable share price for IOOF and some people consider yield when satisfying themselves about the appropriateness or otherwise of that price. How did I come up with $0.10? Last year (2019) IOOF paid out about 80% of the EPS in dividend. This year 80% of $0.38 is about $0.30. I then reduced the number to allow for some conservatism that may flow because of the current economic circumstances. But they may cancel the dividend altogether or delay it or suspend it ..... or pay out something in excess $0.30.
This will be one of the most unpredictable reporting seasons ever so best of luck to us all.
