I think it might be a re-rate. At the beginning of June this year, IFL rerated, from$3.50 - $3.70 (well under $4) to about $4.30 in the space of a week. I believe it's a $5 stock. So this increase may be a move towards that price.
Also, I heard that Citibank slapped a Buy rating on IFL a couple of days ago, with a price target of $4.95
