I'm not deriving any pleasure from this. I work in financial services and have my employee contributions going into IOOF, so it's of great interest to me. Some other members were asking if it's a good investment decision to buy IOOF right now. I'm providing my unbias view of the situation, I'm sorry that they may cause pain to current holders.
The real crime here is that it's virtually impossible to hold Directors personally responsible for acts of clear dishonesty and deception. Shareholders are always the slain innocent bystanders.
