I have been researching this stock for months in view of adding to my portfolio.

1. Sustainability of existing profits risk.
2. Optimistic future growth risks
3. ANZ wealth bought on 25 x earnings.
4. Cost synergy risk of ANZ wealth.
5. Future underlying adjustments.
6. Possibility of Trustees no longer taking advice fees from Superannuation.
7. Competitors risk in reducing margins taking revenue away from IOOF.
8. Remediation risk.
9. Class action litigation risk.
10. Markets now not pricing in growth and sustainability of margins risk.
11. Poor retention of advisors.
12. Forward massive write downs risk.
13. Other unknown forward transgressions that haven’t been identified yet.
I am sure hot copperites can name more.
I am down 80 k this year and would have been down another 50k had I bought IFL.
Please be cautious on this stock now.
