A little hard to see it coming. You'd think something this fundamental would have highlighted in the RC. They grilled Kelaher on just about everything else...
The only reason I didn't follow into IFL was Kelaher's attitude when questioned at the commission. Not really related, but there was no interest in pleasing the regulator or the commission.
EDIT: just saw @rcs1359 's response. I agree with the sentiment, although I didn't discuss it at all on the forum, so I clearly didn't place as much emphasis on it.
