If I worked as a driver in a transport company and I lost my driver's license they'd give me the boot ...and the company would be better off without me. Why isn't the same here?
My point is, why do these big guys get away with great pay for bad behaviour? And if IFL got rid of these guys now (and suitably replaced them), why wouldn't that be great news for this situation and the company?
