Not sure of the mechanics of it but surely some large shareholder/ shareholders get together call an extraordinary meeting at which time the shareholders votes to get rid of the board and relevant others (if in the meantime they don't get the message had "remove" themselves voluntarily). And the company moves forward.
I certainly wouldn't want my (as shareholder) money spent on these guys fighting APRA or going down the road they expressed in this morning's statement.
