I do not want to crossover into financial advice. But as others have advised, based on even the limited info you have provided, you will be happier with etfs or managed funds of some type.
I have the lot, etfs, passive funds, active funds, direct shares and start up companies. As others have said holding direct equities will always give you stress. You can hold a more balanced portfolio of them but then you are starting to create your own managed fund run by a non expert.
