interesting article in the Fin Review today about recent placements being below the issue price, with both IOOF and NearMap going through Citi's desk.
I take some comfort that the MLC acquisition isn't necessarily a bad one it's just that Citi may have just gotten a little greedy and spread themselves and their sophisticated's too thin.
