The other interesting part to all this is that unlike other SPP’s they fixed the price at $3.50 instead of the usual which is a VWAP -2%’ish over a 5 day period prior to the SPP closing which is far more fare for the retailers and/or those underwriting the retail component.
Its all very bizarre, something has seriously gone amiss here with the way they structured the deal.
