Yes but i'm not sure the business model is geared toward being the lowest cost provider.
What if regulation puts a price ceiling under your current price point? (for example trustees say you can only charge 0.5% when the business is currently charging 1%?) (as an example not real numbers). I just think there are too many variables and it is hard to even quantify the downside in the stock.
