Not necessarily. We've seen over regulation in other areas destroy businesses (consumer leases for example [TGA]).
But there's also potential upside behind the regulation as it will ultimately reward economies of scale and increase barriers to entry if they're implemented in a certain way.
I just don't know which way it'll fall.
