Some thoughts:-The transgressions were not "perceived". APRA gave notice to IFL in 2015 to fix the issue and IFL did nothing. The "softly softly" approach by APRA so that shareholders and companies were not penalised in the public arena was abused by IFL as it thought that APRA would not act. IFL is reaping what it sowed.
