I like to think so as I currently have a significant loss on my shares. The APRA don't seem to be imposing material additional costs on the business which could materially erode earnings, IOOF just has to sought out the matters before the court (hopefully with an out of court settlement), together with appointing a new management team to replace the individuals APRA has concern with.
