Well - APRA appears to being a bit flexible with IOOF. They are possibly trying to leave enough of a window open for IOOF to acquire the ANZ bus by the looks. Now it is up to the shareholders to sack the board and allow an uncontaminated but suitable leadership team that can justify the ANZ selling that div to IOOF. About 35% of earnings is expected to come from that acq apparently - so there is a great financial incentive to call an EGM ASAP.
I suspect there will be some discussions being held trying to tie it all together. Hope so.
