OK IOT Group Pty Ltd (IOT) appointed Sean Neylon (Neylon) asBusiness Development Manager for 5 years at a commencing salary of $10,000 per month until 31 January2016 increasing to $25,000 per month thereafter with further annual increments of 10%. The salary includesagreed superannuation. Reimbursement of proper expenses is also provided. Termination is on six monthsnotice by either party with a non-competition provision of twelve months after termination.The agreement otherwise contains the usual terms and conditions included in such consultancy agreementsfor full time consultants engaged in such businesses.

The only thing he has "developed" is the decimation of shareholder wealth.

IMO this cryptofreeway thing will be another failure of Sean's, just 1 amongst many (OK Konnect, OK Watches, ROAM Systems, ROAM Drone, etc etc)

This coy should have never been allowed to list. It has never even looked like making money, when IOT was acquired it was on the back of them selling watches below cost to generate revenue for a 3 month period. It's lost a huge amount of money since and has gone no-where.

How Sean can continue on with what he's done while at IOT is beyond me. Just look at the MC - $1.7 Million!! and it's still overpriced IMO!!

IOT won't be around in 6 months IMO.
