I agree with most of your logic. I did a little research on Amazon Exclusives (not sure this is what IOT are referring to in their ann about exclusivity on amzaon). Interesting a few things:
- you can sell on your own website (as well as amazon) but not via other retailers
- they quote 6 months as the minimum exclusivity period
- it talks about global (not NA only)...IOT can't sell into europe

So still hard to follow. The trading halt said potential material sales agreement, as others have noted the actual ann is about becoming available on Amazon, and it is not clear (to me) whether if the application and approval is complete to list items is complete ....why is it expected to be available on Amazon early March....what else needs to be completed? What are the delay risks?
