The issue of becoming a distributor for AEE raises the question, as a distributor you would require a sales force which IOT do not have, would make no sense to become a distributor and the sub contract out sales to a broker ie The Product Group and dilute your commission base. This then raises the question of the issue of shares to The Product Group who from my research are involved in the fashion industry ( only what I could find) so they have no sales force as I can determine (same applies to Top Tech) does this mean the issuance of shares is an INVESTMENT in the company and IOT have taken some position in the business.
