Makes you wonder how they keep managing to get away with it. After all the broken promises, missed deadlines and ongoing lawsuits. They must've done it before (I believe they have in fact, didn't Duffell have few failed ventures previously?) and know how to play they system without being legally liable.
Management must be of highest moral/ethical standards... NOT
