So IOT Group have no in-house expertise at all, can't even deliver a drone and think it's a good idea to splash more money on some dubious company... Why not concentrate on ROAMe and deliver that first so at least people have some confidence in the brand?

My guess is that the owner of this newly acquired company is another one of Duffell's mates, just like the dude from the so called major US Distributor. It appears as though they're just busy splitting that cash between themselves ASAP

So what have we got so far:
- No working product
- No revenue
- Huge unjustified cash burn
- Removal of CEO who held a lot of IP
- Another potential CR

This smells really really bad.... IMO DYOR
