    Any thoughts on how this might effect share price? I know the transaction will be funded through IOT stocks at a minimum of 7.5 and walking upwards in tranches?
    Does this mean this could be offered as a share but back or another CR at monument 7.5 cents per share?
    Wouldn't that mean we see current share price return to those levels as the tranches are achieved?
