just my 2 bobs worth.....I think it'll be oversubscribed plus they have announced that if it is, they can accept those oversubscriptions or they can scale it back, which I very much doubt they would.
Plus it only takes 33 share holders to take up the full $30K allowed allocation & there's the $1M raised.
But I'm like most here, at a loss to explain or contemplate such a low CR.??
