If they are doing individual cold-calls, the SPP date will probably be extended. It’s not underwritten so it’ll look bad if there’s very low take up. Next step after that is a cap raise with options attached, and that’s a slippery slope. Best hope they don’t do another raise with Clee or Everblu.
Some ZIP Con Note holders with maturity date of 2028 cashed out early this week at 24c in the dollar, says a fair bit about where BNPL sentiment is.
