Isentric revenue I think you mean the digital banking transaction revenue.
The bulk of those revenue were automated and did not require many staff to run. That was a true fintech business.
Remember from ICU and early IOU days they were bringing in around $1.2mil to $1.8mil per quarter just from the digital transaction revenue well before any BNPL nonsense expenses.
That was all done via automation, and very minimal staff numbers back then.
Fast forward now, with over 100 staff IOU has regressed from a fintech with good revenue automation and high margins to what they have royally stuffed up now with high labour input , poor automation and extremely poor margins.
This is becoming less being a Fintech and more being a small old school lethargic personal finance company.
