I havne't looked into it much I'm just googling quickly... but those prices were USD. I would think instagram has a global price as it's all interconnected. I get that Malaysians might agree to less than 5-10k per post but someone mentioned the influencers were singapore based. Singapore is a top first world country, and I assume they'd price themselves as such, in USD.
