So basically IOU will own a loan book receivables valued at AUD$358mil after this deal.
Estimated accreditive annual profit before tax that will flow into IOU will be circa AUD$4.2mil - note that this is PROFIT not revenue and will add straight onto IOU's bottom line which in effect makes IOU now a cashflow neutral business bordering or being cashflow positive.
