Common man think like this:
you have 40M and wanna make money
you stick it in a bank and they give you what 2.5% or
you invest and get back roughly 350K per month = roughly 4M Per Anum
That there my friend is nearly 10%....
I take 10% over 2.5 anytime.
Also creates opportunity to grow!!!
