When the SP dips, and that's all it was, the negative posters are out. I suspect that those who have a commercial background will know that this deal is simply amazing. It can take many years to achieve, if at all, what IOU have done in one swoop. I was thinking of a $1 in front of the SP in the next year, but now I suspect it may be a 2 or even 3. All IMO
