The acquisition of IDSB fits the frame work of the digital banking license.
One of the requirements for DBL is having to incorporate compliance and e-kyc into their business model.
Both Angkasa and IDSB meet those requirements for a Digital Banking License in conjunction with their Partners.
I can be certain that the management is 10 steps ahead already here.
For them to acquire IDSB, shows that the management has see connections within the Malaysian Government.
Maybe the DBL deal is already done?
