Again, I would dispute that the SP action of yesterday is any reflection on the deal. We were up 20% within minutes, that is a clear sign of daytraders and other pumpers. Who could realistically understand the implications of an acquisition of a private company in such a short period of time? It will take at least days, probably weeks, for people to get their heads around what this move means for IOU in the mid-term, and likely a few months before we see any numbers flow through.

To use a cricket analogy, you've despairing at the end of Day 1 of the Test because your team is already 5 wickets down... yet there's still the rest of the innings, and another one, across the next four days to come. Give it time to play out. Don't try call the result already.
