The Mr Lee appointment sounds very interesting. Previoius President of iPay88 Philippines and now commercial development of IOU for the SEA region. They are building such a strong workforce in the senior exectuvie roles, with great connections. Just another tick for IOU. As soon as we get our first real figures from Q3 in April and then Q4 in August, anything sub $1 would be an absolute bargain.

Calvin Yeap - This one is huge - Head of marketing for iPay88 and head of corporate marketing for global payments and services division on NTT Data. I am positive IOU is getting fully into bed with NTT Data and iPay88. We will absolutley see more announcements down the track of rollouts in the other countries that iPay88 is involved in. This is now 4 high end employees of iPay88 that have come over to IOU. They are not doing this on a whim. Why leave good jobs in senior roles to come over to a junior such as IOU. I am really excited about the future now

Definitely agree with this - many institutions before they invest have a criteria that the company needs to have a number of active recruitment or recent appointments to show growth. A key sign of no growth is no hiring.

That IOU has recruited a commercial director and marketing director shows they have significant growth plans throughout SEA in the next 6-12 months, and I am guessing that these two directors may also bring more people in with them.

By itself these announcements do not show significant strides, but when added to recent commercial deals it shows that the plan for SEA roll-out is continuing regardless of market electronics - i.e. the SP going up and down.
