Correct Mondy. They could have tie ups with big platforms - but the market knows IOU is low on cash as demonstrated by the $2mil TTV for half a quarter.
That is why market does not care about these deals until IOU addresses the funding issue - CR or some sort of funding warehouse?
In this climate - CR more likely imo
For a CR to work - it looks like the investor would want a steep discount to part with the cash - so CR at what price?
