This is self initiated. The company applies the become a Shopify developer. They must comply with the terms of use etc and then develop the integration. It's then submitted for approval. This isn't much different to having a WordPress plugin. The business still needs to have IOUpay as a payment option and then the customers have to want to use IOUpay. Then, IOU have to be able to fund the transaction.
